Eligibility:

Duration: 1.5 – 4 Months ( Based on Performance)

Mode of Internship: Physical (Offline) or Virtual (Online)

Internship Program Details:
Phase 1: Project Selection

Phase 2: Technical Preparatory Phase:

The intern shall be trained technically in the technology relevant to the project selected.
Theoretical Training shall be 3 Hours Per Day.
Practical Training : Lab Assignments and POCs shall be assigned. Intern is expected to work for 2-3 Hours Per Day on the Labs.
Intern shall be assigned a Virtual Lab with POCs pre configured.
Intern MUST complete the POCs and submit them in the Virtual Lab within the specified time duration.
Submitted POCs shall be Auto-Evaluated.

Note:

Training shall be specific to the Project only and not the complete course.
Eligibility for the Project Development Phase depend on the POC performance only.
Multiple attempts shall be provided for each intern to complete the POCs.
Interns who do not complete the POCs and don't attend the sessions shall not be allowed for Project Development Phase.

Phase 3: Project Development

Technical Manager	Industry Expert / SME	Every Weekend / On the need basis.
Team Lead	NareshIT Mentor	Day-To-Day / On the need basis.
Project Developer	Intern	Daily 4-6 Hours.

Project KT (Knowledge Transfer ) and architecture shall be explained by the Industry Expert at the beginning of the Project Development Phase.
Mentor also shall be assigned and introduced.
Development Environment shall be introduced by the Industry Expert and the Mentor shall hand hold the interns to set-up the same in their laptops or in the corresponding websites / tools.
Project Development Timelines / ETAs shall be discussed in the first couple of weeks of the Project Development Phase.
Interns can reserve a dedicated personal virtual or offline slot with the mentors on the need basis to clarify their queries in project development.
Industry Experts / SMEs along with the mentors shall be reviewing the project development progress over the weekends and make necessary suggestions to improve the code quality, industry standards, meeting the delivery time lines etc.,
Final Project Delivery should be in the specified Development Environment only.
After the project development is completed the team should give a demo to the Industry Expert and participate in the discussion on development and coding.
Project shall be deemed completed at the sole discretion of the Industry Expert.

Phase 4: Rewards & Recognition

Top performing project teams shall be selected by the mentors and industry experts.
Shortlisted project teams shall give a demo to the Panel of Industry Experts and participate in a discussion.
The Panel shall select the Top Projects based on the Output, User Friendliness, Code Quality, Industry Standards, Efficiency etc.,
Decision by the Panel shall be final and no concerns or complains shall be considered.
